Our platform also connects customers to global stores through affiliate partnerships with Amazon, AliExpress, and Temu. Additionally, we allow vendors to create their own stores and sell through our marketplace.
Do you sell both local and international products?
Yes. We offer:
- Local products available in our warehouse for fast delivery.
- International products sourced from Amazon, AliExpress, and Temu (affiliate-based).
Do you ship worldwide?
Local products ship within Algeria.
Affiliate/global products follow the shipping policies of Amazon, AliExpress, or Temu.
Who can use the website
Anyone can browse, create an account, purchase products, or register as a vendor depending on their needs.
Are the products original?
Yes. We source from verified international suppliers such as AliExpress, Amazon, Temu, and trusted local vendors.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse the store, select your product, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. For affiliate products, you will be redirected to the official store (Amazon/AliExpress/Temu) to complete your purchase.
How do I know if a product is local or international?
Each product page is clearly labeled as:
- Local Product — In Stock
- Global Product — Affiliate Link

Vendors & Marketplace
Can I become a seller on BessamMultiSolution?
Yes! Vendors can register, create their store, upload products, and manage sales through the Dokan dashboard.
How do I become a vendor?
Go to Become a Vendor, fill out the registration form, and set up your store dashboard.
What products can vendors sell?
Vendors can sell electronics, tech accessories, gadgets, and other approved categories according to our marketplace policies.
Do vendors pay commission fees?
Yes. The marketplace applies a commission percentage on each sale. The rate is displayed in your vendor dashboard.
How long does it take for my store to be approved?
Store approval usually takes 1–24 hours depending on verification.
How do I add products?
From your Vendor Dashboard, go to Products → Add New Product.
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up or Create Account, enter your email and password, and complete the registration steps.
What is the difference between a Customer and a Vendor account?
- Customer: Can browse and purchase products.
- Vendor: Can open a store and sell through our multi-vendor marketplace (Dokan).
How do I update my personal information?
Go to My Account → Account Details and update your profile, password, or shipping address.
How do I delete my account?
Contact our support team and we will safely remove your account and associated data.

Do you store my credit card information?
No. All sensitive payments are handled by third-party secure gateways like PayPal and Stripe.
